Breakfast NookWell after having our house on the market for 2 months, we are officially under contract to sell our home next month. We have spent the last week searching, debating, second guessing, negotiating and finally signing a contract for our new home. It has been a whirlwind but we are very pleased with the outcome and feel very blessed to be so fortunate during these rough times. We were at the new house tonight so I took the opportunity to snap a few pictures. After Easter you all are invited to come and visit!
CONGRATS, Levin family!!! This is such wonderful news. We are sorry to see you leave the neighborhood, but it sounds like your new home will give you the space you desire. Please visit your old 'hood often!

I can't wait to see you "Carmen-ize" it!!! ;) If you need help at all...with the kids or whatever, please let us help you! The kids can come play while you get some packing done. (or are you having movers help?!)
