Another highlight of the summer, was getting the chance to go to Tucson for the baptism of Gus and Jessie. Travis had the honor of being one of the godparents, so we flew to Tucson for the weekend to celebrate. It was a great time getting to spend the weekend with a lot of family that we don't get to see as often. We started the weekend with a pizza dinner at Laura's. Hands-down the best pizza we've ever had! Then the next day the kids got to spend time swimming with their cousins and hanging out. That evening we all went out to the races to watch Alan, John and Matt race. It was a super night especially when Uncle John came away with a first place finish. The next day was spent celebrating Gus and Jessie's baptism. Matt and Jody hosted the best baptism party we have ever been, too! It was a full day with festivities. Then Monday morning before we had to fly out, Trav couldn't pass up the chance to go to the Air Museum. I'm not sure who had more fun the kids or Trav. Plus, the kids got a chance to drive a train with Matt at the Port of Tucson. It was a great family weekend get away!
